6TH STREET SW - GREAT FALLS & 6TH ST NW/FOX FARM RD-GF 6th STREET SW ? GREAT FALLS (NH 122-1(3)0) This project is a restoration & rehab of 6th Street SW. It is a 4-lane road Principal Arterial with P.C.C.P surface. It is located in the City of Great Falls in Cascade County. The project starts at the intersection of 10th Ave. S. and continues north for 1.3 miles to Central Ave. The project is divided into two sections. The south half starts at the10th Ave. S. intersection and heads north for approximately 0.8 mile ending just south of the American Ave. intersection. Work will include removing& replacing the existing PCCP surface from gutter face to gutter face. The north half is a rehab project will start just south of the American Ave. intersection and will head north about 0.5 miles ending at the intersection of Central Ave. The work will include concrete repair in designated locations, surface grinding and crack sealing. The entire project will get a joint seal treatment and new inlaid pavement markings. 6th ST NW/FOX FARM RD-GF (UPP 5299(146)) This project is to repair/replace concrete paving and seal joints/cracks on 6th St. NW and Fox Farm Rd in Great Falls in Cascade County. The first project location is 6th St NW (U-5201) beginning at the intersection with Central Ave. W (RP 1.29) and extending north 0.6 miles to the intersection with NW Bypass (RP 1.89). The second location is Fox Farm Road (U-5220) beginning at the intersection with 10th Avenue South (RP 0.0) and extending south 0.12 miles to RP 0.116, approximately 40 feet north of the intersection with Alder Dr.
