Public Involvement- Term Agreement The Department is seeking professional services related to preconstruction environmental document preparation and construction planning. DOT&PF is seeking consultants with expertise in public involvement support services. Possible services would include but are not limited to public outreach, conducting open houses/public meetings, as well as generating deliverables that ensure project compliance with Section 508 and Title VI.
