LOOKOUT PASS - EAST The project is located on I-90 in Mineral County from RP 0.0, beginning at the Idaho-Montana border near Lookout Pass, to RP 3.4, west of the Dena Mora rest area. Improvements will include replacing deteriorated pavement with new concrete pavement, interchange safety enhancements at Lookout Pass, wildlife accommodations, and drainage and culvert replacements.
