Bethel DPS Hangar and Office Improvements Design-Build REBID This state funded contract requires the Contractor to provide the necessary design and construction services to repair and replace deteriorating portions of the hangar and balance temperature throughout the office building at the Bethel Department of Public Safety. The Design-Builder may elect to provide up to three (3) Owner described enhancements as part of their proposal which will be scored as part of the proposal evaluation.
