Sterling Hwy Milepoint 134 to 138 Erosion Improvements Design Services The Contractor shall provide professional services to install erosion control measures at sites along the Homer Spit. Improvements may also include grading, drainage improvements, paving, signing, striping, roadside hardware, and utilities as needed. Design services include: a kickoff meeting, field reviews, engineering support for the environmental document preparation, surveying and ROW mapping, coastal engineering, design study report, public involvement, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Traffic Control Plan (TCP), plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), project closeout, and assistance during bidding and construction.
