HELENA - NORTH The Helena - North project is a scrub seal to bothdirections of I-15 as well as bridge deck preservation workaround the Helena area. The project begins at the Lewis andClark/Jefferson County line (RP 189.9) and extends north toRP 200.4. All interchange ramps within these limits willreceive a scrub seal, except for the 3 ramps at the LincolnInterchange called out in the plans.
