Center Creek Road Rehabilitation Appraisals DOT&PF is soliciting bids from private fee appraisers to appraise 47 acquisition parcels for the Center Creek Road Rehabilitation project. The appraisal(s) are required to enable the Department to initiate acquisition of the parcels. The market value(s) contained in the approved appraisal(s) will be the basis for the just compensation offer(s) for the acquisition parcels. The proposal is for the appraisal report(s) and expert witness testimony/consultation for all master hearings and/or court hearings as needed. Acquisition parcels may be added or deleted, and changes to the original parcels may be required (i.e.- size, shape, interest to be acquired, etc.)
