The proposed project will widen Kagy Boulevard between S. 19th Avenue to S. Willson Avenue/S. 3rd Avenue to include two travel lanes in each direction and build a new multi-lane roundabout at the S. 11th Avenue intersection, a new multi-lane roundabout at the S. 7th Avenue intersection and signal improvements at the S. 19th Avenue and S. Willson Avenue/S. 3rd Avenue intersections. The project will include new roadway surfacing, curb and gutter, storm drain, boulevard, multi-use path on both sides of the roadway, lighting, landscaping, pedestrian crossings, two new pedestrian grade-separated crossings, raised median, and turn lanes.
