The Contractor shall provide right of way appraisal, acquisition, and relocation services to the Department for the acquisition of property required to build the above-referenced project in accordance with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act as required in 49 CFR Part 24 and the Department's Right of Way Manual. Services include Appraisal, Negotiations, Relocation Assistance Services and all other work necessary to complete the acquisition of the parcels and relocation of the occupants.
