I-90 INCIDENT MANAGEMENT Roadside safety enhancements include installations of advance warning signs with flashing beacons, road closure gates, electronic variable message signs (VMS), guardrail to shield the VMS structures, and upgrading wind speed gauge on the I-90 Incident Management project located in Broadwater, Gallatin, Park, Sweet Grass, Stillwater, and Yellowstone Counties. This project begins just east of the Three Forks Interchange at RP 273.7 and extends 182.3 miles east past the Johnson Lane Interchange near Billings at RP 456.0.
