Tongass Avenue & Water Street Viaduct- Preliminary relocation study To complete a preliminary relocation study of the area to determine potential impacts and possible relocation mitigation efforts for use in the environment review. The services will include: 1.Identifying the number of and type of potential displacements in the project corridor, 2.Identifying possible mitigation efforts for accessibility to both commercial and residential buildings, units, andparcels, 3.Availability of functionally comparable replacement decent, safe and sanitary (DSS) housing, 4.The likelihood of last resort payments, 5.Commercial and industrial facilities, and 6.Special needs that will have to be addressed.
