Appraisal Review Services for AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd-Minnesota Dr to Seward Hwy Sidewalk The Contractor shall provide appraisal review services for AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd-Minnesota Dr to Seward Hwy Sidewalk. The initial services in this contract will be for the south portion of the AMATS: N. Lights Blvd ? Minnesota Dr ? Seward Hwy Sidewalk replacement project (parent project 0001693 / CFHWY00713). This initial project work is known as AMATS: Northern Lights Blvd Sidewalk Repairs ? Phase 1 project, project numbers 0001823 / CFHWY01391. It is the Contracting Agency?s intention to add review appraisal services and related negotiated compensation for the north side of the parent project to this agreement at a later date, once the existing design hold has been resolved. Project Name and Project Numbers relating to the north side improvements are to be determined.
