DALLAS, TX — Structure Tone Southwest has added two construction professionals to its leadership team: Sterling Inzar as Chief Financial Officer and Tim Glenn as Regional Vice President in Houston.

Based in the Dallas office, Inzar joins Structure Tone Southwest from STO Building Group partner Pavarini Northeast in Stamford, Connecticut. For over 14 years, he served as Pavarini’s Controller and Director of Project Accounting, responsible for the entirety of their financial operations and processes. His construction industry experience spans over 30 years, including financial reporting, forecasting, P&L management, job costing, and corporate compliance.

As Chief Financial Officer, Inzar will be responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, treasury and risk management, IT, human resources, facilities management, and business planning for Structure Tone Southwest.

With over 28 years of experience, Glenn has been a leader within the construction industry, providing guidance and direction to project teams from project approach to execution. As Regional Vice President of Structure Tone Southwest Houston, Glenn will oversee the Houston office and will be responsible for strategic growth, client relationships, and overall operations.
