RICHARDSON, TX — Leigh Hollis has been named Chief People Officer (CPO) for Halff. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President and provided operational leadership for the firm’s Dallas, Frisco, and Richardson offices in Texas.
As CPO, Hollis will support Halff’s human resources function while leading the firm’s focus on project delivery and quality.

“Leigh brings the rare combination of vision and genuine care for people that defines great leadership,” Halff President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily said. “She is uniquely positioned to build upon our momentum and help shape an even brighter future for our firm.”
In 2021, Hollis was inducted into the Texas Tech Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering Academy. She is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and the American Public Works Association. She has served on the steering committee of the Halff Community Initiative, Halff’s nonprofit organization, since its formation in 2017 and has coordinated Meals on Wheels volunteer efforts in the Fort Worth office for more than a decade.
