Dunnam Promoted to Operations Manager of Manhattan’s Houston Region
With a 31-year career in construction, Dunnam led his first project at age 25. As a Superintendent, he has constructed projects across 10 different states. His building experience includes aviation, industrial/manufacturing, sports, health care, higher education, K-12, parking garage, and office tower projects. Dunnam joined Manhattan as a Senior Superintendent in 2015.

Dunnam’s recent project experience with Manhattan Construction Company includes the United Airlines New Terminal C North project at the George Bush Intercontinental/Houston Airport, TDECU Stadium project at the University of Houston, AIG America Tower Parking Garage Expansion project in Houston, Alvin Independent School District Heritage Complex Freedom Field project in Iowa Colony, and Globe Life Field, the new home of The Texas Rangers in Arlington, Texas.
Dunnam attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee.
