“Ford spent three months training with the mechanical team before military discharge and has already made a significant impact within the mechanical team," said Kristie Tiller, Senior Associate and Director of Mechanical Engineering at LAN. His quick learning and hard work have already proven him to be a valuable asset."
Ford brings over four years of extensive experience in horizontal construction, project management, data analysis, and mechanical system troubleshooting. His military career includes roles as a Team Leader and Horizontal Construction Engineer at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. His areas of expertise include project management, problem-solving, design, process improvement, and personnel management.
“The training I received at LAN was phenomenal," Ford said. "It exposed me not only to mechanical design for facilities, but the different software needed to conduct the design process as a whole. Ford received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University, Dwight Look College of Engineering in College Station, Texas.
