LEWISVILLE, TX — Primoris Services Corporation (Primoris) announces it has opened a new office in Lewisville, Texas. The space, which is replacing its Lewisville office on South Stemmons Freeway, is 43,000 square feet, more than doubling Primoris’ footprint in Lewisville. The office will serve as the company’s shared services hub supporting accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and tax functions across the organization. “We’re thrilled to expand our Lewisville operations into this brand-new space. This move is an important step in strengthening and growing our centralized shared services operations across our business,” said Charles Ambrosio, Primoris’ Director of Real Estate. “We are proud of our presence in Lewisville and anticipate this expansion will provide new job opportunities for the community, in support of our mission of delivering positive outcomes for our clients. This was an incredible team effort, and we are very pleased with the outcome.” Primoris broke ground on the facility in August. The space consists of a 60-person training room, four conference rooms, and a boardroom for executive meetings and conferences. MAPP served as the project’s general contractor, Powers Brown Architecture provided architecture services, and Turnkey Project Services helped execute the move and select office furniture. With this new office, Primoris continues to expand its operations in North Texas. In addition to its corporate headquarters in Dallas, the company has existing operations hubs in Everman and Denton and is building a new facility in Balch Springs, to be completed next year.
