The new five-story, 242,000-square-foot building is located northwest of President George Bush Turnpike (SH 190) and one block from the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, Texas. AP managed construction on the tilt-wall core/shell office building; a three-level, 180,000-square-foot parking garage with 584 spaces; and various site improvements including landscaping and site paving.
“The Business Park 18 building is employee-centered with a first-floor coffee lounge and expansive patios just steps away from a large park,” Granger Hassmann, Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating. “Art is prominently located both inside and out, anchoring the project and adding a sense of place. We’re excited to finish our fifth major office project with Billingsley, and we look forward to the business park’s continued growth.”
The office building is adjacent to another four-story, 175,000-square-foot office building and a 9,000-square-foot amenity center with a large fitness center, conference center, and tenant lounge with a curated mini-market, which was completed by AP in June 2020. GFF is the architect for the project, and Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville with JLL are coordinating the building leasing for Billingsley.
“AP consistently delivers a great product, and this building was no exception,” said Lucy Burns, Partner at Billingsley Company. “This building elevates the entire campus with fabulous indoor and outdoor amenities. We delivered it 20 percent pre-leased and have seen robust activity.”
