To further deepen its commitment to key clients in Texas, Sen’s role as Water Growth Leader and Client Account Manager enhances local infrastructure resilience. Sen oversees client relations, community engagement, and project delivery for the City of Houston and Harris County, including assignments from the Harris County Engineering Department.
