The newly-constructed, 157,887-square-foot building offers four-star industrial and distribution space in the heart of Houston's northwest industrial submarket.
The project specifications include: a side-load configuration; 32-foot clear height; ESFR sprinkler system; 33 dock-high doors; two grade-level doors; 33 trailer parking spaces; 130-foot to 185-foot truck court; 220-foot building depth; 52-foot by 50-foot typical column spacing; 60-foot speed bay; and 125 auto parking spaces (expandable to 202 spaces).
“This new speculative industrial building offers state-of-the-art space in an ideal infill location,” said Chris Royster, Regional Director of Ware Malcomb’s Houston office. “The Benchmark Northwest Distribution Center is an exciting project that meets the needs of tenants looking to relocate or expand within the dynamic northwest Houston area.”
