Phillips joined Burns & McDonnell in 2002 and in his most recent role served as the firm’s Department Manager and Construction Director in Houston for oil, gas, and chemical projects.
“I’ve been blessed to have worked with many extremely talented people and exposed to many diverse opportunities in my more than 20 years at Burns & McDonnell,” Phillips said. “I’m excited to now lead our Construction team as we continue successfully delivering EPC (engineer-procure construct) projects throughout the region.”
Phillips holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri.
