AUSTIN, TX — RS&H announces that Achille “Al” Alonzi has joined the national employee-owned firm as a Vice President and Strategy Market Leader.

Alonzi, an executive with over 35 years of leadership experience for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and large-scale infrastructure programs, will lead RS&H’s strategic market initiatives with a particular focus on Texas while supporting growth efforts nationwide.

Alonzi joins RS&H following a career at FHWA, where he managed the nation’s largest federal-aid highway program for Texas as the Texas Division Administrator and played an instrumental role in advancing organizational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and innovative program delivery.
