In his new role, Acosta will leverage his 25 years of program, project, and construction management expertise to oversee and drive the growth of 360 CS in the Texas market and beyond. KAI has previously collaborated with Acosta.

Before joining KAI, Acosta spent nearly 24 years with Jacobs Engineering in Texas, where he served as Vice President and Sales Executive. In various operational roles, he led projects, programs, and teams across different regions of the U.S.
Some of his federal project experience includes a $25 million U.S. Federal Building and Courthouse in Brownsville, Texas; a new border patrol facility for the Immigration & Naturalization Services in Harlingen, Texas; and a $28 million academic building and parking garage for the University of Texas at San Antonio.

His experience in managing state projects includes overseeing an $825 million bond program for Tarrant County College, a $500 million bond initiative for new academic buildings and renovations at Garland ISD, and a $1.8 billion school rebuilding effort following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) accredited by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Additionally, he holds the Associate Constructor certification from the American Institute of Constructors and has completed Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education program.
Acosta has been an active member and past President of the CMAA North Texas Chapter and was honored with the CMAA Project of the Year Award in 2012. He was recently selected to join the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class, a leadership program aimed at guiding executives in addressing key challenges and opportunities within the Dallas region.
