DALLAS, TX — Strong demand across Texas is fueling new leadership momentum at Brasfield & Gorrie, where three experienced builders are stepping into new roles as they guide one of the company’s fastest-growing regions. Jason Weeks has been promoted to Regional President, Susan Stabler has been named Senior Vice President, and James Cohran now serves as Executive Vice President of Field Operations.
Weeks leads strategy and operations across the Texas region, bringing a forward-thinking mindset shaped by 20 years with the company. He has spent the past decade guiding the office in Dallas, Texas, where his leadership has helped accelerate the region’s growth. Weeks has served as Chair of the TEXO building association. His background spans commercial, hospitality, health care, and mission critical market sectors. He pairs that experience with a focus on innovation and disciplined execution.
Stabler brings broad experience across health care, mission critical, commercial, and industrial markets. She helped strengthen Brasfield & Gorrie’s health care portfolio in Birmingham, Alabama, before relocating to Dallas to support expanding client needs across the state. She also founded the company’s Operational Women’s Network and continues to champion growth opportunities for women in construction.
Cohran oversees field operations across the Texas region. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in self-performing concrete structures, he has led teams on industrial, commercial, health care, and mission critical projects, including Omni PGA Frisco resort and multiple projects for HCA Healthcare. He applies that field perspective to support Texas teams.
“Jason, Susan, and James are result-oriented leaders who know how to bring people together and get the work done the right way,” Brasfield & Gorrie CEO Rob Blalock said. “They’ve earned the trust of our teams and our clients. Their leadership reflects our long-term commitment to Texas and the relationships we’re building here.”

Weeks said the opportunity reflects the company’s confidence in its Texas teams.
“Across the state, clients hold us to a high standard — and our teams rise to it,” he said. “We’ve built steady momentum by developing people, sharpening our technical expertise, and staying attuned to the needs of our clients. I’m grateful for the chance to help our region continue to grow with purpose.”
