DALLAS, TX — Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) announces Kevin Simon has joined the firm as a Program Manager for the North Texas Program Management group. Simon will manage the firm’s ongoing educational projects, focusing on supporting the Duncanville and Irving Independent School District programs.
Simon brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and project management, with a background in educational facility design and construction. Before joining LAN, Simon served as a Senior Project Manager at Manning Architects in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw various projects, including work for the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and several K-12 schools within the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). His experience with DISD involved developing master plans and overseeing construction projects for schools such as L.G. Pinkston High School and North Dallas High School.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He brings expertise in managing large-scale educational projects and knowledge of K-12 facilities to LAN as the firm continues to expand its program management services in the education sector.
