DALLAS, TX — Construction management firm Structure Tone Southwest adds new leaders in its Dallas office, further strengthening the expertise and leadership across Texas.

Shandra Colon has joined as the new Vice President of Business Development, based in the Dallas office. With a career spanning over two decades, Colon brings extensive experience cultivating relationships and driving strategic partnerships within the real estate and construction sectors across Texas. Previously serving as Vice President of Business Development for an architectural, engineering, and construction management company, Colon has a track record of enhancing operational efficiencies and identifying opportunities for growth.

She has held leadership roles in various sectors, including higher education and government. In her new role, Colon will be instrumental in defining long-term strategic business development goals for the Structure Tone Southwest Dallas market, driving revenue growth, and solidifying the company's market position. A graduate of Collin College with a degree in real estate studies, Colon is actively involved in various organizations, including the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Construction Management Association of America.

Preconstruction expert, Craig Johnson, has joined Structure Tone Southwest’s Dallas team as the new Vice President of Preconstruction. For over 27 years, Johnson has had significant experience cultivating teams and fostering long-term collaborative partnerships across diverse industries, such as education, hospitality, commercial real estate, federal government, and aviation. His specialized knowledge encompasses several projects, from high-tech endeavors like photovoltaic and semiconductor installations to diverse sectors such as higher education, hospitality, and aviation.

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Johnson will spearhead all preconstruction activities across the Dallas office, leveraging his expertise to guide the team, ensuring successful project outcomes. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Arizona State University, with various certifications in OSHA 30 and LEED AP.
