PLANO, TX — Ryan Companies announces the completion of Ryan Tower, a 23-story multi-tenant Class AA office tower comprised of 409,000 square feet. The building is in Plano, Texas, within the Legacy West mixed-use development. Ryan, LLC, a global tax services and software provider, will be growing its corporate headquarters at the new tower. (Ryan, LLC is not affiliated with Ryan Companies.) Wichita, Kansas-based Koch, which owns a diverse group of companies involved in manufacturing, energy, technology, and investments, will occupy approximately 29,000 square feet of the tower.
“Despite major market headwinds and escalated interest rates creating challenges in market demand, along with increased costs associated with materials and labor, our project team delivered Ryan Tower on time and on budget,” said Hank Biddle, Ryan Companies Director of Development. “Through a shared commitment between Ryan Companies as developer and Ryan, LLC as our key tenant, this Class AA high-rise office tower offers an unmatched workplace environment for tenants and their employees. With a combination of onsite amenities and proximity to the shops and restaurants at Legacy West, Ryan Tower is thoughtfully designed and constructed to meet the needs of the modern workforce and is a project we’re extremely proud of.”
Ryan, LLC is the anchor tenant, occupying 50 percent of the tower. Serving as the tax firm’s new global headquarters, Ryan Tower is located in a prime area of Legacy West near Ryan’s major clients and where many of its team members live and work.
Ryan Tower features a variety of amenities including: a fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, barista-style coffee bar, and a café. An outdoor terrace, expansive balcony, yoga lawn, bike storage, and an abundance of greenspace are among several of the purpose-driven outdoor inclusions on site. Additionally, tenants will benefit from an onsite shuttle service available to transport employees and guests to and from Legacy West.
