Gonzales will be based in the firm’s Houston and San Antonio offices and will spend time in all five Texas Neel-Schaffer offices. Gonzales has more than 29 years of experience in completing numerous projects in all aspects of civil engineering, from drainage analysis and design, to capital project development, and disaster recovery. In his new role with Neel-Schaffer, Gonzales will focus primarily on business development in Neel-Schaffer’s Texas Region, which includes offices in Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.

Gonzales is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and a Certified Floodplain Manager, with TxDOT Precertification in numerous Hydraulic Design and Analysis categories. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
