Perez Joins Freese and Nichols as Senior Architect in Austin
Perez has 25 years of experience on architecture projects for federal, state, municipal, and higher education entities. He has handled projects in Central Texas and across the United States, including for the Texas State University System, the University of Texas System, the Texas Facilities Commission, and transit agencies.
Perez’s roles have included Project Manager, Project Architect, and Building Information Modeling Lead involved in preparing architectural design renderings and design workflow development. His expertise includes Revit 2019, Navisworks, Bluebeam Studio, and 3ds Max Design 2013.
Perez is a Registered Architect in Texas and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
