NAPERVILLE, IL — Takeuchi-US promotes Paul Wade to the newly created Dealer Development Manager position to strengthen and expand its dealer network. Wade will cover the Central/Western region, which includes Colorado, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming. In his new role, Wade will help support the performance and long-term success of Takeuchi’s dealer network across his territory.
As Dealer Development Manager, Wade will work closely with Takeuchi’s regional business managers and internal teams to support execution of the company’s dealer network strategy, ensuring appropriate market coverage, dealer capabilities, and brand consistency. His responsibilities include dealer recruitment, evaluation, development, and compliance, as well as supporting dealer business planning, performance improvement, and ownership or territory transitions. Wade will also partner with Takeuchi’s sales, parts, service, marketing, and training departments.
Wade has been with Takeuchi for nearly 10 years, most recently serving as a Midwest Regional Business Manager. During his tenure, he has successfully grown his region and contributed to the company’s growth through dealer partnerships and consistent execution.
