PLANO, TX — Cadence McShane Construction welcomes Monica Schoenemann as the new Senior Vice President - Chief Construction Officer. Her arrival coincides with a milestone, as the company celebrates its 40th anniversary and looks ahead to the next 40 years of sustainable growth and innovation.
Schoenemann will lead construction operations across the company, reporting to Srinath Pai Kasturi, Executive Vice President. She brings over 30 years of experience to Cadence McShane.

Schoenemann is an alumna of Texas A&M University and remains actively involved through mentorship and industry engagement. She has earned accolades such as the LUNA Awards Executive of the Year and has been selected for competitive leadership programs, including the D CEO Emerging Women Leadership Network and the Dallas Regional Chamber's Executive Women's RoundTable.
