Located in Cedar Park, the three-story, Class A office space features offices, wellness areas, lab space, conference rooms, and an outdoor gathering space. Construction began in March 2020, and with increased health and safety precautions, the project was successfully delivered on time despite the pandemic.

Designed by Haddon + Cowan Architects, the office building features custom finishes and modern spaces that prioritize employee wellbeing, including:
- 570-square-foot gym with treadmills, cycling bikes, lockers, and showers
- Third-story terrace off C-suite offices
- Multiple break rooms and employee gathering spaces
- Entrance area display case for company awards and honors
- Specially-made H-shaped tile in all bathrooms, as a nod to Hellas’ namesake
- Training center for new and ongoing employee education
- Custom-built staircase in a two-story atrium
- Private telephone rooms
- Mothers room
- Cantina for lunches and gatherings

The Hellas Construction project marks the second building completed by American Constructors in the 300-acre Presidio mixed-use project. The first Presidio office building was completed by American Constructors in 2016 and marked the first Class A office space to be built in Cedar Park. It serves as the current headquarters for American Constructors alongside tenants Edward Jones, First American Title, and Thrivent Financial.
