DALLAS, TX — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) promotes three leaders — Aleisha Wilks, MSc, Conan Schantz, and Hans Bauer — to key leadership roles that will enhance the company's capabilities in estimating and operations.

Aleisha Wilks, MSc, who joined MYCON in 2014, was promoted to Director of Estimating. In her new role, Wilks will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all bids. She will also lead in the development of comprehensive cost estimates for projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the company and working closely with clients to deliver estimates that meet MYCON’s strategic objectives. Wilks holds a Master of Science in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
Conan Schantz, Director of Field Operations
Conan Schantz, who joined MYCON in 2023, was promoted to director of field operations. Schantz has over 28 years of industry experience. In his new role, he will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day activities and oversight of field personnel and job production to ensure MYCON’s projects are completed successfully and safely while meeting the team’s needs. Schantz holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Hans Bauer, Director of Office Operations
Hans Bauer was promoted to Director of Office Operations. In his new role, Bauer will focus on achieving operational and business excellence through day-to-day activities and overseeing office operational personnel. He will partner with the Director of Field Operations to ensure projects are completed successfully, per MYCON’s contractual obligations, while meeting budget and fee goals and closing out accordingly. Bauer is a United States Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville.
