MESQUITE, TX — Dallas, Texas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has officially broken ground on Mesquite 80 Logistics Center, a 203,488-square-foot industrial warehouse located in Mesquite, Texas. In collaboration with Cavalry Real Estate Partners and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, MYCON is leading the construction of this facility designed to meet the growing demand for modern industrial space in the region.

A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held, marking the official start of construction. Key stakeholders, project partners, and community representatives gathered to celebrate the beginning of this development.

Construction of the Mesquite 80 Logistics Center is expected to be completed by December 2025.
