HOUSTON, TX — Burns & McDonnell has selected Vice President Jason Hetherington to lead its Oil, Gas, & Chemical Group for the South Central Region, headquartered in Houston, Texas. Hetherington succeeds Karen Bray, who recently was promoted to General Manager for the South Central Region.
“Throughout Jason’s career he’s demonstrated a drive to make our clients successful through technical excellence, a dedication to wowing clients, strong business acumen, and a team-first mentality,” Bray said. “I am excited for Jason to lead our Oil, Gas, & Chemical team.”
Hetherington brings over 20 years of experience in oil, gas, and chemical projects. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Logistics and Midstream at Burns & McDonnell, focusing on expanding the firm’s midstream, logistics, and storage capabilities. His experience includes delivering projects in the refining and midstream sectors from concept to startup.

Hetherington holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Missouri.
