Quiddity Engineering Hires Williams as Vice President, Transportation

AUSTIN, TX — Quiddity Engineering announces that Reese Williams, PE, has joined the firm as a Vice President in the transportation practice.

As Vice President, Transportation, Williams will work out of the company's office in Austin, Texas, and will develop and expand Quiddity's transportation practice in the state, focusing on large-scale heavy highway projects, with an emphasis on serving the Texas Department of Transportation and other major transportation agencies (metro/developing urban counties, RMAs, and toll road authorities) throughout Texas.

"We are thrilled to have Reese join the Quiddity team," said Kevin Krahn, Quiddity's Chief Public Markets Officer. "His addition marks a significant milestone for us, and his leadership and technical expertise will greatly enhance our innovative culture and ability to serve our clients successfully. Reese is an industry leader with great business relationships throughout the state. He has long led his teams with innovation and quality, with a priority on safety."

In his two-decade-long career, Williams has served in many capacities, including Project Director, Transportation Design Practice Lead, and Senior Project Manager. His specialty service areas include the delivery of planning, schematic, and PS&E for highway and bridge replacement projects across Texas. He has a technical background in all elements of transportation design and has been responsible for project management, engineering design, plan and specification production, and estimating on a variety of civil and transportation engineering projects.

Williams has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Past President of the Travis Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
