LUBBOCK, TX — Lubbock-based Associated Supply Company, Inc. (ASCO), a CASE Construction Equipment dealer, has acquired Oklahoma City-based OCT Equipment, Inc. (OCT) with locations in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Clinton, Oklahoma, expanding ASCO’s CASE territory.

The newly acquired locations continue to grow their footprint to a total of 27 locations, strengthening their ability to serve customers and communities. ASCO has served customers throughout the state of Texas and Eastern New Mexico since 1960, becoming one of CASE’s top-performing dealerships in the country.

“ASCO’s continued growth is evidence of the caliber of our employee expertise, the speed at which we service the industry to ensure customer success every day, and our We’re On It attitude,” said Courtney Vanderham, ASCO Vice President. “ASCO is excited to expand our services to Oklahoma customers with the same commitment that our Texas and New Mexico customers have come to rely upon.”

The acquisition strengthens ASCO’s position as an equipment leader in key industries, including construction, agriculture, and material handling, as well as expands upon its market leadership in growth areas such as rental.

“OCT’s reputation in equipment is strong, and we look forward to building upon it in the coming months and years,” said Chase Key, ASCO Vice President, "ASCO is eager to begin customer outreach immediately to ensure seamless transitions and uninterrupted service.”

In addition to CASE Construction Equipment, ASCO also sells, rents, and services other lines of agriculture, construction, and material handling equipment.
