DALLAS, TX — Suffolk announces it has hired Evan McKee as the new Chief Operating Officer for the company’s Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, team. McKee will focus on expanding Suffolk’s portfolio across commercial, higher education, institutional, and health care projects. McKee’s background will help continue to strengthen the company’s strategic growth plan in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
McKee joins Suffolk with extensive project experience and client relationships in the health care and higher education markets, as well as the life sciences, adaptive reuse, occupied renovation, and general commercial sectors.

McKee has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and joins Suffolk from The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. As Vice President, McKee was responsible for group operations primarily focused in health care and higher education and served as the Regional Healthcare Market Coordinator. Throughout his career, he has managed and overseen projects throughout Texas.
