“Our relocation and expansion in Overland Park reaffirms our commitment to growth, innovation, and community and civic engagement,” said Gretchen Ivy, PE, HNTB Central States Office Leader and Senior Vice President. “It also allows us to broaden our recruiting efforts and provide additional space for our expanding team to work in order to meet the growing demand for transportation infrastructure services in Kansas.”
Situated within the Aspiria Campus, the office spans 25,650 square feet, designed to exemplify HNTB’s core values of sustainability, innovation, and employee well-being. With a range of amenities such as dining options, a fitness center, green space, and access to walking trails, alongside cutting-edge technology, the facility is primed to support the firm’s mission of providing pioneering infrastructure solutions across transportation, transit, aviation, architecture, and other essential sectors.
HNTB is currently involved with some infrastructure projects in the area including the University of Kansas Memorial Stadium renovation, US 69 Express, Interstate 35 and Santa Fe Road Interchange in Olathe, Garden City Regional Airport Terminal, Buck O’Neil Bridge replacement project in downtown Kansas City, and KC streetcar extension.
