SOMERSET, MA — Monroe Tractor welcomes Garth Field to the team as an Equipment Sales Representative, serving all of Rhode Island and most of Bristol County, Massachusetts. Field brings 20 years of experience in equipment sales, rentals, and customer support, with a foundation in heavy equipment.
“I take pride in answering the phone within a few rings and getting back to customers in a timely manner,” Field said. “I’m all about making the sales and rental process as seamless as possible, with consistent communication updates. I believe in acknowledging customers with positive energy, getting them the information they need fast, and following up with excellent service after the sale.”
In his role, Field oversees sales of new and used equipment across all brands, supporting contractors, municipalities, and agricultural customers throughout his territory. His mainline products include CASE Construction and CASE IH equipment, rollers (including CASE and Dynapac), Screen Machine, paving and crushing equipment, and Okada hydraulic hammers.
