WESTBOROUGH, MA — Monroe Tractor announces William “Will” Daley as the new Service Manager at the Westborough, Massachusetts, branch.
Daley joins Monroe Tractor with extensive experience in the trucking industry, bringing insight and a mechanical background that translates into the heavy equipment field. His leadership style is hands-on and service-oriented.
“My role as Service Manager is to be a leader and provide everything our techs and service department need to be successful,” Daley said. “I work closely with my foreman to dispatch the right jobs to the right techs to ensure a timely and accurate repair. Most importantly, I want our customers to know we’ll do everything we can to make sure their machine is back out there making them money. I have the customer’s best interest in mind when it comes to fixing their equipment.”
