“Thanks to Randy’s 20 years of leadership at Burns & McDonnell, construction has become a major part of our business and vision for the future of our firm,” said Ray Kowalik, Chairman and CEO, Burns & McDonnell. “Since 2016, our construction business has more than doubled.”
Williams began his career at Burns & McDonnell in 1999 as a Project Manager at the firm’s Kansas City headquarters before moving to Connecticut to lead a $1-billion project as Program Manager. His leadership of that program evolved into the creation of the firm’s New England office, which has been one of the fastest-growing and most successful regional offices at Burns & McDonnell.
In 2020, Williams became President of AZCO, a union construction subsidiary of Burns & McDonnell. There he has focused on branching into markets such as renewable energy, battery storage, food and beverage, and manufacturing, and promoting the company’s prefabrication services.
