Doka unveiled Xlife top, the industry’s first formwork sheet engineered with a core made with 100 percent recycled plastic, at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026. Designed for durability and multiple reuse cycles, each Xlife top sheet can be returned to Doka at the end of its life and reprocessed into new sheet cores, dramatically reducing waste and long-term material costs.

Xlife top sheets are designed for seamless integration with Doka framed formwork systems.
According to Doka, the silk-matte, scratch-resistant surface of Xlife top produces smooth, uniform finishes without the staining or surface imperfections that are common with phenolic resin sheets. The sheet installs flush within the panel to deliver a clean finish from the first pour.
Xlife top’s composite structure also resists damage, extending its lifespan beyond conventional formwork sheets. Crews can clean the surface quickly, even with high-pressure washers. Doka also offers enhanced refurbishment options, including partial sheet replacement, for lower maintenance and reconditioning costs.

In addition, Doka announced the U.S. launch of Doka 360, an integrated digital customer platform designed to connect and streamline every step of the formwork process.
On many job sites, formwork orders are placed by phone; material availability is estimated by hand; and critical data lives in emails, spreadsheets, and paper. Returns require another round of phone calls, and planning happens across a patchwork of unconnected apps. Doka 360 brings each step of the formwork process into an integrated digital platform.
