NORTH READING, MA — Columbia, a construction management firm, announces the promotion of Bill Carpenter to the role of Director of Preconstruction and Estimating. Carpenter, who first joined the North Reading-based firm in 2005, assumes his duties immediately.

Carpenter has overseen complex preconstruction and estimating work for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carbonite, Google, Harvard Business Publishing, JPMC, MIT, Microsoft, Sonos, Wayfair and more.
