Working alongside project architect Wilson Butler Architects and the owner’s project manager, P-Three Inc., Colantonio will undertake reconfiguration of all four floors of the century-old masonry, steel, and wood landmark. The scope will focus on front-of-house spaces and will ensure ADA accessibility, add a new elevator, new lobbies, concessions, a box office, public restrooms, patron lounges, staff offices, and arts education classrooms. The project will also feature the renovation of the original lobby and auditorium.
