HOOKSETT, NH — PROCON, a fully integrated design-build firm serving New England, announces a series of promotions for six leaders. These promotions strengthen the firm’s executive team and ensure continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth-generation Stebbins family member to lead the firm.

Mike Lawrence, AIA, NCARB, has been promoted to Vice President - Architecture & Engineering after 13 years at PROCON. With over 27 years of industry design experience, he will lead the private aviation and senior living design studios at PROCON. Lawrence has designed the Pro Star Aviation Hangar and headquarters, Hitchiner Manufacturing Shared Services Operations Center, multiple projects for UNITIL Corporation, and senior living communities across the Northeast. Lawrence has played a critical role in advancing PROCON’s architectural practice and has received the PROCON Client Advocate award.

Justin Zeimetz has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction with over 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. In this role, Zeimetz will oversee and manage PROCON’s Preconstruction Department, which encompasses quality control, cost estimating, and purchasing. Zeimetz has strengthened PROCON’s preconstruction services through strategic planning, cost control, and a collaborative approach. He has emphasized engagement with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment on project vision, budget, and schedule while mitigating risk, supporting subcontractor coordination, and logistics to facilitate the transition from preconstruction to construction.

Kent Beirne, AIA has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Architecture & Engineering entering his 21st year of service at PROCON. He has over 36 years of experience in the AEC industry. He will continue to lead the hospitality design studio, which, under Beirne’s leadership, has been instrumental in shaping PROCON’s integrated architecture and engineering platform. Some of Beirne's projects include Tuscan Village Mixed-Use Development, AC Hotels, Fairfield, and Residence Inn at Portwalk.

Christopher Lizotte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Architecture & Engineering, leading the multifamily residential and commercial office design studios. Lizotte continues to elevate PROCON’s multidisciplinary design capabilities, championing sustainable solutions and client partnerships. His accomplishments include designs for hotels, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. Some of his projects include Liberty Lane Multifamily, the multi-use Portwalk Place Lot 3 and the Class A office building at 145 Maplewood Avenue, and Can One USA Headquarters.

Ben Saturley has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Field Operations and has been with PROCON for 19 years. He started as a Lead Superintendent overseeing projects like Jet Aviation and multiple projects at Gordon College and Merrimack College. After his promotion to General Superintendent - Quality Control, Saturley focused primarily on workmanship oversight and training, as well as on tackling the team’s most complex constructability challenges. In recent years, he has overseen projects such as Tuscan Village and Easterseals NH Military and Veterans Campus. As Senior Vice President of Field Operations, Saturley is responsible for all PROCON field staff and site logistics for all of PROCON’s construction projects. While maintaining a safe work site for all employees, subcontractors, and site visitors, Saturley ensures maintenance of all project schedules. He also oversees the warranty process. Saturley is a mentor that is developing up-and-coming superintendents.

Tracey Pelton has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs and has worked at PROCON for 12 years, with 25 years of experience in the AEC industry. During her tenure, she transformed PROCON’s outward image by leading a comprehensive rebranding effort, updating everything from the website to proposals. Pelton and her team oversee the company intranet, CRM, awards and rankings, social media, public relations, and all corporate and project events, including beam-raisings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and ribbon-cuttings. She has streamlined corporate communications to clearly convey the company’s capabilities and expertise to existing and prospective partners and team members. Pelton also leads PROCON’s philanthropic initiatives and serves on the Easterseals NH/VT board, the NH Workforce Innovation Board, the Bring Back the Trades Taskforce, and the Mark Stebbins Community Center fundraising committee.

“These promotions reflect the talent, leadership, and dedication that define PROCON,” Stebbins said. “Mike, Justin, Kent, Chris, Ben, and Tracey each embody our core values of take ownership, health, can-do attitude, collaboration, innovation, and do the right thing while delivering exceptional results for our clients. Their leadership strengthens our ability to provide fully integrated design-build solutions and positions PROCON for continued growth and success.”
