245 Fifth Ave. is a spec build amidst a booming life sciences and biotech hub in Waltham. The building offers an 18,000-square-foot amenity center, featuring a fitness center, co-working lounges, game rooms, food truck hall, and outdoor flex space to attract talent to the location.
