Due to its location between New York City and Boston, HealthTech Park will offer convenience to other major financial and life sciences hubs throughout the region. The anticipated over 500,000-square-foot development will provide doctors, researchers, and innovators a modern space that will be set in the area’s natural environment of trees, creeks, and walking paths.

Ryan Companies will manage the construction of the project, and Ryan A+E Inc. will lead the site master planning and architectural design.
