“Working in construction is a whirlwind, but if I’ve learned anything in my 20 years in the industry, it’s that teamwork and vision are the keys to true success,” Carlson said. “I’m looking forward to collaborating with the great team at Commodore Builders to accomplish common goals, solve problems, and build upon the company’s success for years to come.”
Prior to joining Commodore Builders, Carlson worked as a Senior Project Manager at Columbia for nine years. Before that, she was a Project Manager at A.J. Martini. Over the course of her career, she has built a range of projects from the renovation and addition of a studio on the Harvard campus, to the historic restoration of Pearson Hall at Phillips Academy, and more.

Carlson graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst from which she holds a degree in civil engineering. She also holds a master’s degree in engineering management from Northeastern University.

Prior to joining Commodore Builders, Wajda worked at NEI General Contractor where he held the roles of Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. Before that, he was a Project Manager at Consigli Construction, a Land Development Services Engineer at Toll Brothers, and a Project Engineer/Surveyor at Guerriere & Halnon, Inc. Over the course of his career, Wajda has been tasked with a variety of responsibilities from contract execution, project pricing, and subcontractor procurement, to maintaining schedules and relationships with owners, architects, and partners, and more.
“As a surveyor, I was able to see raw land transformed and developed. Now, as my own career has developed, I’ve continued to value the process of participating in the lifeline of a project,” Wajda said. “Collaborating with internal and external teams and jumping over hurdles together, that’s what makes each day interesting for me.”

Wajda graduated from The University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth from which he holds a degree in civil engineering.
Prior to joining Commodore Builders, Finucci served as an Operations Manager for Shawmut Design and Construction, where he worked on projects on the West Coast. Before that, he served as a Senior Project Manager and expanded his portfolio of projects to include a range of retail, hotels, sports venues, and restaurants. While at Shawmut, Finucci contributed to projects on the East Coast, including the ongoing expansion project at the TD Garden.

“I’ve always been interested in construction. Driving up to New Hampshire as a kid, I was fascinated by all the cranes I saw in Boston,” Finucci said. “My philosophy has always been to plan the work, communicate how it will be done, and follow that plan to a successful conclusion. In my new role, I’m looking forward to working with colleagues old and new to support the growth of Commodore Builders.”

Finucci graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and holds a degree in civil engineering.
