AUBURN, MA — R.H. White Companies, a construction services and utility management firm, announces the appointment of Charles Watler as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Watler will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s five business units: building construction, mechanical construction, utility construction, the construction services division, and the company’s water utility management division, WhiteWater, Inc.
A construction industry veteran, Watler brings more than 30 years of management and leadership experience to R.H. White. His professional experience includes stints throughout the United States, including construction management and self-perform general contracting in both the public and private sectors. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with several construction firms, including Hensel Phelps, Modern Continental, CW Driver, JT Wimsatt, PCL Construction, DPR Construction, and most recently Marguerite Concrete.

A native of Maine, Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder.
